Free mental health advice line
In January this year, 1117 calls were made to the Mental Health Advice Line (MHAL). Over 54% of these calls were triaged by the MHAL mental health professionals, of which 33% required an urgent response. Non-urgent triage calls are directed to a range of providers, including GPs. (more…)
