David Dahm, from a leading national accounting and practice management consultancy firm, presented an enlightening seminar on practice sustainability at The Forest Resort in Creswick on Saturday 28^th March. The audience, GPs and Practice Managers from West Vic, Central Highlands and Ballarat and District Divisions heard a wealth of knowledge about practice sustainability, succession planning, optimal legal and tax structures, best practice financial performance indicators and reporting, and the GP/PM relationship.
