Presenter Biography – Mark Ritchie is a qualified IR lawyer and Senior Workplace Relations Consultant. Mark has a valued mix of private practice experience having completed articles and practiced at 2 of Australia’s largest commercial/insurance law firms, time ‘in-house as an Industrial Relations Advisor at National Food Limited and in the public sector in the UK.
