Event: Infection Control - 90 tips to improve standards and safety
Session 2 – 90 tips to improve standards and safety, save costs and time and lower the general practice carbon footprint. This session is for PMs, PNs and Practice Staff. This session will also include Pandemic Flu Preparedness- a 2 hour course on Wednesday July 15 from 5:45 – 8:00 PM.
The learning objectives for this session are:
• To emphasise correct use of protective gear for high risk situations such as pandemic flu
• To provide guidelines for reducing cross contamination after treating patients who are known to be colonised/infected with CAMRSA, MRSA and VRE etc.
• Identifying any extra documentation that should be kept on site
Light refreshments will be available at 5:45 PM for course attendees.
Please note - A catering fee of $20 per participant will be invoiced to the practice.
