Need-a-GP hotline helps hundreds every month

Over a year ago, we launched the Need-a-GP hotline. Many people in Ballarat were frustrated in their efforts to find a doctor, while many practice staff were wasting time taking calls from patients they couldn't help. A patient might make six or seven calls before they got to a practice that could accept them; refusals might have made your practice look bad, even though it wasn't your fault. [ more ]
